Keys to Network Marketing Success

So you have been approached by a friend to join a Network Marketing business. Your friend fills your head with visions of unlimited income and financial freedom. You say to your friend “This sounds great what do I have to do to make money?” Your friend says it’s easy, all you have to do is sign up and then tell everyone you know about this great opportunity and you’ll be well on your way to success. If you are like me and the majority of Network Marketing  “first timers” you make your sales pitch to countless  friends and sign up 1 or 2. Then you become discouraged and that’s the end of it.

This familiar story is played out over and over again for many aspiring Network Marketers. What I am going to share with you is 4 Keys that I implemented, after struggling my first few months, that you can take to ensure your Network Marketing success:

1.) Find a Mentor: This is a person who has successfully built a Network Marketing organization. The best place to look for this person is usually at the top of your Upline. This person should be more than willing to help you succeed because they gain financially in your success.

2.) Find a Partner:  This is a fellow Network marketer who is experiencing the same challenges as you are. This could be someone you signed up or it could be someone in your Upline or elsewhere in your network. It is always better to have someone you can talk with on a daily or weekly about your business. You can give each other tasks or goals to achieve and hold each other accountable.

3.) Become good at Marketing: I beleive this is the most important key to your success. You want to pick one specific area of Marketing (Internet,  Social Networking Sites, Classified Adds, Seminars  etc.) and stick with it until you become good enough at it where you are consistently getting at least 5 leads a day. Then and only then move to another area of marketing.

4.) Be Persistent: You must consistently work on your business, even if its only for a few minutes on some days. I tell my downline to work a minimum of 2 hours a day 6 days a week. The people who make it to the top are the people who do the things they have to do day in and day and  DON’T GIVE UP!

By implementing these four steps and believing in yourself and your great products, you will be well on your way to building  a successful Network Marketing business.
